3. Service

Web email workspace (IMAP/SMTP, optional OAuth, AI with heuristic fallback).

4. Duties

You stay responsible for credentials and mail content.

5. Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal.

6. Liability

Unlimited for intent and gross negligence; otherwise as required by law.

7. Law

German law. Local consumer protection remains.
