Data Processing Agreement

This DPA applies when you use Envolo as a business and we process personal data on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).

Subject: hosting and processing of mail content and account data to perform the contract. Sub-processors only with EU hosting or appropriate safeguards. Instructions in writing. After the contract ends: deletion or export on request.
