Account (name, email, password hash), mailbox credentials (AES-256-GCM), mail metadata and bodies for display and AI, optional contact leads.

Purposes

Contract, operations, security, optional AI (EU model available). Heuristics without an API key.

Rights

Access, rectification, erasure, export, withdraw consent, complain to a supervisory authority.

Hosting: EU (netcup). Cookies: locale, theme, consent. Analytics only after opt-in — no tracker yet.
